Easter card

This Easter card was designed with a heraldic theme, bringing together tradition and personal meaning in a unique composition. At its center, a blue shield features a silver rabbit holding a sprig of leaves with berries—an image tied to renewal, growth, and the arrival of spring. Above the shield, a daffodil blooms, representing new beginnings, while bright yellow tulips frame the design, adding warmth and joy. Among them, the Tulipa hungarica, or “Banat tulip”, reflects the sender’s roots as a Hungarian-Romanian couple from the Banat region.

More than just a seasonal greeting, this card carries a deeper meaning. Heraldic elements have long been used to tell stories, preserve history, and express identity. By incorporating these details, the card becomes a personal keepsake—one that reflects both tradition and the renewal that Easter brings.
